Documents required
Once you have been selected by Örebro Universitet to be a study-abroad student at UFPB, you will be required to produce the following documents, which must be sent by e-mail only to mobilidade@aci.ufpb.br.
1. UFPB Application form. Click here for the updated version
Note: doc format, typed in – not in pdf, not handwritten, please);
2. Letter/Proof of Nomination
Note: issued by the home institution's International Office
3. Copy of the passport page that contains photo and personal information.
Note: PDF, color. In case you use an app, make sure the picture has good quality and information text can be read easily.
4. Health/Travel Insurance
If Student UT is valid in Brazil, no additional insurance is necessary. The Health/Travel Insurance policy can be presented by the student upon his/her arrival at the UFPB International Office, at the latest.
